ARTICLE XXI <br />21.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br />21.1 In case of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, fire, <br />flood, insurrection, civil disorder, national emergency, or similar circumstances, <br />provisions of this Agreement or the Santa Ana Municipal Code or Resolutions, <br />which restrict the City's ability to respond to these emergencies, shall be <br />suspended for the duration of such emergencies. After the City declares the <br />emergency over, this Agreement will be reinstated immediately. SAMA shall <br />have the right to meet and confer with the City regarding the impact of the <br />suspension of the provisions in the Agreement during the emergency. <br />6VA <br />
