MI:° <br />T <br />Landscaping Standards <br />Overall, the landscape palette is urban, with shading and accent street trees <br />in sidewalk tree wells along Harbor Boulevard and major crossstreets. Taller <br />ornamental trees should be placed at in esections. For parcels fronting 1st and <br />5th Streets, housing may also maintain a shallow -depth landscaped frontyard <br />separating buildings from sidewalks. <br />Setbacks, yards, and shared common open spaces shall consist of landscaping <br />(in -ground or above - ground plantings), enhanced hardscape, or outdoor <br />seating or dining areas. <br />A landscape buffer of not less than 5 feet shall be provided to separate any <br />parking lot from an adjacent property, unless the parking lot provides shared <br />access.
