National Volunteer Antipoverty Programs which include VISTA, Service Learning Programs and Special Volunteer Programs. Inclusionary Housing Agreement means a legally binding agreement between the Property Owner and the City, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Executive Director and City Attorney. The Inclusionary Housing Agreement must contain those provisions necessary to ensure that the Ordinance requirements are satisfied, whether through the provision of Affordable Rental Housing Units or through an approved alternative method. Inclusionary Housing Fund means a separate fund of the City which is codified in Article XVI11.1 Section 41 -1909 of the City's Municipal Code.
