"T "- shaped in plan, the building is crowned by a complex gable - <br />on -hip roof of fairly steep pitch. The roof treatment includes overhanging eaves with closed soffits and a flat- roofed dormer. <br />Brick veneers most exterior surfaces, with stucco used as an accent. The primary entry is a fifteen -light French door, flanked <br />by five- light, full- height sidelights. The asymmetrical exterior features multi -paned casement windows clustered in groups. An <br />attached garage is integrated into the design. The wedge- shaped property is lushly landscaped and in good condition.
