Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. 2014 -37 and <br />Historic Register Categorization No. 2014 -37. <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute the attached Mills Act agreement with Stefan Wolff and Darlene Glenn, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Request of Applicant <br />Stefan Wolff and Darlene Glenn are requesting approval to designate an existing residence located <br />at 2133 North Greenleaf Street to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties, as well as <br />approval to execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Project Location and Site Description <br />The subject property consists of a 1,605 square foot, one -story Tudor Revival -style residence and <br />detached garage on a 7,500 square foot residential lot located on Greenleaf Street between Santa <br />Clara Avenue and Nineteenth Street (Exhibit 1). <br />Analysis of the Issues <br />Historical Listing <br />In March 1999, the City Council approved Ordinance No. NS -2363 establishing the Historic <br />Resources Commission and the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties.
