CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />(1) is unable to serve, the Owner shall submit to Contractor a list of the five names of <br />persons acceptable to Owner for appointment as Arbitrator to Contractor who shall in turn <br />have 10 days in which to determine if one such person is acceptable; (3) If after Steps (1) <br />and (2) the parties are unable to mutually agree upon a neutral Arbitrator, the matter of <br />selection of an Arbitrator shall be submitted to the Los Angeles County Superior Court <br />pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1281.6. <br />S -3d <br />23A -66 <br />
