Mr. del Castillo has over 47 years of experience in managing both field and office operations for all phases of
<br />surveying and mapping services. He has managed 30 "On -Call' contracts directly for the support of many
<br />federal, state, and local agencies. These contracts include the Counties of Los Angeles and Orange, the U.S.
<br />Forest Service, various U,S. Army Corps of Engineer Districts, the U.S. Navy - Southwest Division, and the
<br />Los Angeles County Metropolitan Water District (MWD).
<br />He has a "hands -on" working knowledge of various land surveying services, including Right -of -Way and
<br />boundary surveys and analysis, GPS surveys, topographic surveys, utility location surveys, large -scale aerial,
<br />and geodetic control and monitoring quantities. While working directly for the County of Orange, Mr. del
<br />Castillo was responsible for all boundary surveys, first order / second order vertical and horizontal control
<br />surveys, photogrammetric mapping, control surveys and centerline surveys.

<br />Central Basin Municipal Water District - 2002 to 2007, as
<br />Survey Manager. Work consisted of Construction surveys,
<br />topographic surveys, aerial mapping, boundary surveys, legal
<br />descriptions and plats. Projects sites were: Central Basin Water
<br />Quality Priority Plan, Central Basin Waterline, Raw Water
<br />Collector Pipeline, Vernon Booster Pump Station, Hollydale
<br />Pump Station and Cal State University Dominguez Hills. Projects
<br />were completed on -time and within budget. Reference: Veronica

<br />Lake Rehabilitation Project - 2008, as Survey Manager. Work
<br />consisted of control point survey, aerial photogrammetric
<br />mapping, topographic survey of the entire park area, bathymetric
<br />survey of the lake bottom, Right -of -Way mapping, locate plume
<br />monitoring wells, review Preliminary Title Reports and plot
<br />easements, Work performed under Black & Veatch for the City of
