INSURANCE' ON F Il E ti <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNIILINuURANCtRE'�a <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL, <br />DAVE: N®V 12 ?014 <br />TIdIRO AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />A- 2014 -211 <br />TI4IS THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on September 2, 2014, by and <br />between Naranjo Landscape, Inc., a California corporation (hereinafter "Consultant ") and the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and <br />laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City "). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #A -2011 -229, dated October 3, 2011, (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement ") by which Consultant has provided weed and debris removal services. <br />B. The City exercised its first option to extend on September 4, 2012 and the second option to extend on <br />September 3, 2013, <br />C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the City wishes to exercise the third <br />and final option to extend and increase compensation to pay for services during extended term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement as amended, and subject to <br />all the terrns and conditions of said Agreement as amended, except those amended in this Third <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation to an amount not to <br />exceed $207,000.00, to pay for weed and debris removal services during the term from September 2, <br />2014 through August 31, 2015. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the tern for an additional one -year period, through <br />August 31, 2015. <br />3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />
