The Project Budget will contain (1) details of each type of <br />expenditure and the applicable sources of funds; (ii) funding <br />commitments to be obtained by DEVELOPER for <br />Project Budget (Per <br />DEVELOPER and <br />construction financing, permanent financing, and other <br />Section 7.4) <br />The CITY <br />financing from external sources to assist in financing the <br />Project, (iii) evidence The CITY reasonably requests in order <br />for DEVELOPER to demonstrate that DEVELOPER has <br />sufficient resources to complete the Project. <br />Rehab Team (Per <br />DEVELOPER will be required to identify team with <br />Section 7.2) <br />DEVELOPER <br />experience in historic rehabilitation. <br />DEVELOPER and the CITY will work cooperatively to estimate <br />the parking spaces required for the Project. The CITY, depending upon the development <br />options and financial analyses of each option, may invest <br />funds in this project to encourage government employee <br />and public participation. <br />The DEVELOPER will conduct outreach to Santa Ana <br />Hiring Percentage <br />residents for hiring and employment purposes.
