<br />electrical devices, appliances or wires;
<br />c. Explosion of steam boilers, steam pipes,
<br />steam engines or steam turbines owned or
<br />leased by you, or operated under your
<br />control;
<br />d. Loss or damage to steam boilers, steam
<br />pipes, steam engines or steam turbines
<br />caused by or resulting from any condition
<br />or event Inside such equipment; or
<br />e. Loss or damage to hot water boilers or
<br />other water heating equipment caused by
<br />or resulting from any condition or event
<br />inside such boilers or equipment.
<br />2. "Antique" means an object having value
<br />because its:
<br />a. craftsmanship is In the style or fashion
<br />of former times; and
<br />b. age is 100 years old or older.
<br />3. "Computer" means:
<br />a. Programmable electronic equipment that
<br />Is used to store, retrieve and process
<br />data; and
<br />b. Associated peripheral equipment that
<br />provides communication, including input
<br />and output functions such as printing
<br />and auxiliary functions such as data
<br />transmission.
<br />"Computer" does not include those used to
<br />operate production type machinery or
<br />equipment.

<br />integrity, quality or performance of
<br />"software" or "electronic data ";
<br />(3) observation, scanning or copying of

<br />(4) damage, destruction, inadequacy,
<br />malfunction, degradation or
<br />corruption of any "hardware" or
<br />"software" used with "hardware "; or
<br />(5) denial of access to or denial of
<br />services from your "hardware" or you
<br />computer network.
<br />6. "Computer virus" means any malicious,
<br />self - replicating electronic data processing
<br />code or other code:
<br />a. introduced Into "hardware" or "software ";
<br />and
<br />4. "Computer equipment" means: 7.
<br />a. computer "hardware" and related
<br />component parts. Component parts
<br />include but are not limited to modems, 9,
<br />printers, keyboards and scanners;
<br />b. computer control systems including
<br />unlnterruptable power supply systems,
<br />line conditioner and voltage regulator;

<br />c. "software "; and
<br />d. "electronic data ".
<br />5. "Computer hacking" means an unauthorized
<br />intrusion:
<br />a. by an individual or group of individuals,
<br />whether employed by you or not, into
<br />"hardware ", "software" or a computer
<br />network; and
<br />b. that results In but is not limited to:
<br />(1) deletion, destruction, generation or
<br />modification of "software" or
<br />"electronic data ";

<br />(1) deletion, destruction, generation or
<br />modification of "software" or
<br />"electronic data ";

<br />"Counterfeit" means an imitation of an actual
<br />valid original, which is intended to deceive
<br />and to be taken as the original.
<br />"Covered equipment" means Covered
<br />Property which, during normal usage,
<br />operates under vacuum or pressure, other
<br />than the weight of its contents, or that
<br />generates, transmits or utilizes energy.
<br />"Covered equipment" does not include:
<br />a. structure, foundation, cabinet,
<br />compartment or air supported structure or
<br />building;
<br />b, insulating or refractory material;
<br />c. sewer piping, underground vessels or
<br />piping, or piping forming a part of a
<br />sprinkler system;
<br />d, water piping other than boiler feedwater
<br />piping, boiler condensate return piping or
<br />water piping forming a part of a
<br />refrigerating or air conditioning system;
