The General Terms and Conditions are based on the administrative <br />requirements of 2 CFR Part 215, (Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants <br />and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non - <br />Profit Organizations); 45 CFR Part t ISO (IMLS grants regulations); 45 CFR Part <br />1183 (IMLS administrative requirements for grants and cooperative agreements to <br />State, local, and Indian tribal governments); and 2 CPR Chapter XXXI (IMLS <br />debarment and suspension, and drug -free workplace) Organizations that receive <br />grants that are subject to these General Terms and Conditions must be familiar with <br />these regulations and comply with the relevant requirements and with other laws that <br />may be applicable. <br />April 2014 <br />
