In your final report to IMLS, you will be required to <br />identity where your data has been deposited and can be accessed by the public. <br />IMLS recognizes that data sharing may be complicated or limited in sonic cases by institutional <br />policies; local Institutional Review Board (IRB) rules; and local, state, and federal laws and <br />regulations, including those protecting confidentiality and personal privacy. What are the rules for Acknowledgment of IMLS Support? <br />All materials publicizing or resulting from grant activities must contain an acknowledgement of <br />IMLS support, unless you are advised otherwise. This includes items such as invitations, <br />brochures, and signage; audio /video programming for radio, television, or web broadcast; and <br />electronic items such as websites and e -mail announcements.
