For projects where more than <br />12 hours would be required, we would provide in writing a not -to- exceed limit to the City for the <br />specific work or phase of work involved. <br />Hourly rates for CSG personnel are as follows. These rates include additional amounts as requested by <br />the City to cover direct and indirect costs. <br />Title <br />CSG Personnel <br />Hourly Rate <br />Chairman <br />Gene Slater <br />$320 <br />Principal <br />Scott Smith, John Hamilton <br />$275 <br />Senior Associate <br />As needed <br />$150 <br />These rates are applicable to 2015 and are adjusted upward by 4% at the beginning of each year, <br />commencing January 1, 2016. <br />We have included in these rates as requested all costs for office overhead, including phones, cellular <br />phones, vehicles, mileage and other direct and indirect costs and have assumed as on prior analytical <br />services for the City that services and discussions for such reviews will be conducted by phone and email. <br />Layering Analysis for an Affordable Multi - Family Project. From our experience working with the <br />City, such review would typically be completed in 3 to 4 weeks depending on availability of borrower <br />information and the cost would not exceed $7,500. <br />Multi- Family Bond Issuance -- — - -- <br />Work as financial advisor on multi- family bond issues is contingent upon bond sale and is paid from <br />funds deposited by the borrower and /or bond proceeds. The fee schedule for such transactions is: <br />Publicly sold negotiated series <br />of bonds: <br />Private placement: <br />$26,000 plus 1 /10 of 1% above $5 million, <br />not to exceed $36,000. <br />For the additional services involved, the fee <br />would be $15,000 higher. <br />H1 1 -1 8 ', <br />25C -65 <br />
