BRISTOL STREET WIDENING PROJECT UPDATE <br />Vince Fregoso, Interim Executive Director, provided a PowerPoint presentation with <br />an overview of future amendments to the Bristol Street Specific Plan, which included <br />a preview of: <br />• Amendment application to update to zoning ordinance <br />• Proposed amendments for land use related to several remnant parcels <br />• General Plan consistency <br />• Addendum to environmental document <br />Kenny Nguyen, Civil Senior Engineer (Public Works Agency) fielded questions from <br />the Planning Commission. Various property owners /stakeholders approached the <br />podium concerned about how these proposed changes to Bristol Street Corridor <br />would affect their properties.
