Colima Road, Suite 116 <br />Irvine, CA 91748 <br />Attn: James Barnett <br />RE: Consultant Services Agreement # A -2007 -145 <br />Dear Mr. Barnett: <br />A- 2014 - 063 -01 <br />Pursuant to the Consultant Agreement you entered with the City of Santa Ana dated June 18, 2007 (# A- <br />2007 -145) ( "said Agreement ") which was lastly amended on March 4, 2014 (A- 2014 -063), Section 3 - <br />"Term ", the time period of said Agreement can be extended by a writing executed by the City Manager <br />and the City Attorney. The Term is hereby extended from December 1, 2014 upon expenditure of <br />previously allocated funds (whichever is layer), for an additional six (6) month period, terminating on the <br />later of June 30, 2015, or the expenditure of newly allocated funds. Pursuant to such amendment, <br />Section 4 — "Compensation" is amended to increase total compensation by $1,700,000.00 to pay for <br />additional services during this extended Term, Said total compensation shall be allocated among all <br />Consultants selected by the City for these services, at the City's sole discretion. <br />The insurance certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and /or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
