No vehicle access. <br />• Fifth and Main: Main entry <br />• Fifth and Bush: Vendor Exit <br />• Fifth and French - No Food vendor entry, <br />• Fourth and Mortimer - north of stage - No pedestrian <br />standing or vehicles allowed on Mortimer adjacent to <br />the stage VIP Parking only City Council- Bilingual <br />Guard required <br />• Fourth and Minter - at barricades and to escort garage <br />repair facility traffic in and out. <br />• 'Third and French: vendor exit only, Exceptions <br />allowed to park or enter: Robert Escalante Packard <br />cars, Carmen Travel Agency, Ray Rangel, Fire <br />volunteers, City Council, security staff, Parks and Rec <br />staff must have placard. <br />• 'Third and Bush: To monitor lofts to insure no illegal <br />activity, monitor DGWB parking lot barricades - only <br />DGWB employees and Loft residents allowed to park. <br />• Second and Main :monitor Rite aid driveway and <br />First and Main: No vehicle entry, Monitor Second and <br />Sycamore <br />• 'Third and Main to monitor lofts. <br />Guards are to stay positioned fit. thg locations <br />a. day <br />• 11:00 am to 1.0:30 pm,2 Guards - south walkway <br />adjacent to stage at Fourth and Mortimer 1 at each end to <br />keep pedestrians moving. 2 guards north walkway to <br />keep sidewalk clear. <br />• 11:00 am to 12:00 am, 1 Guard middle of street on Bush <br />mid -way between First and Third, l Guard middle of <br />street on Spurgeon north of shopping center driveway to <br />allow only Loft residents to park.
