ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTADDENDUM <br />Bristol Street Widening Project Warner Ave to Saint Andrew Place (Phase IV) <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />(c) Conflict with existing zoning for, or cause rezoning, of, forest land (as defined in Public <br />Resources Code section 12220(8)), timberland (as defined by Public Resources Code section <br />4526), or timberland zoned Timberland Production (as defined by Government Code section <br />51104(8))? <br />The project site is located within a fully developed, urban area of the City of Santa Ana. No <br />timberland or forest resources exist on site or in the vicinity. The project area is either designated as <br />General Commercial, Park with Commercial, Open Space, or Low Density Residential by the City of <br />Santa Ana General Plan with a combination of Specific Plan (SP1), General Commercial (C2), Two <br />Family Residential (R2), and Single Family Residential (R1) zoning designations. Implementation of <br />the proposed project would not result in greater impacts than previously analyzed in the 1990 Final <br />EIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />(d) Result in the loss of forest land or conversion of forest land to non - forest use? <br />The project site is located within a fully developed, urban area of the City of Santa Ana. No forest land <br />is located on site or in the vicinity. Implementation of the proposed project would not result in <br />greater impacts than previously analyzed in the 1990 Final EIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />(e) Involve other changes in the existing environment which, due to their location or nature, could <br />result in conversion of Farmland, to non - agricultural use or conversion of forest land to non - <br />forest use <br />The project site is fully developed with no agricultural uses within or in the vicinity. No impact would result <br />from the proposed project. Implementation of the proposed project would not result in greater impacts than <br />previously analyzed in the 1990 Final EIS /EIR. <br />Mitigation Measures <br />No additional new mitigation measures are required. <br />3.3 Air Quality <br />This section corresponds with Section IV, Environmental Consequences and Mitigation Measures, subsections <br />H, Air Quality and V. Construction Impacts of the previously approved 1990 Final EIS /EIR. <br />(a) Conflict with or obstruct implementation of the applicable air quality plan? <br />The Bristol Street Widening Phase IV project is a component of the Proposed Widening of Bristol Street from <br />Warner Avenue to Memory Lane, which was approved in 1990. The Bristol Street Widening Phase IV Project is <br />included as project number ORA125 in the regional emissions analysis conducted by SCAG for the conforming <br />2013 FTIP adopted by SLAG on September 19, 2012 and approved by FHWA on December 14, 2012. As <br />provided in the FTIP, the Approved Project description reads as follows: <br />ANA 305 -194 (PER 02) CSA (AUGUST 2014) 133867 YU 23 <br />
