g. ~Unsuredcontract" means:
<br />a. A contract for a lease of premises. However,
<br />that porbon of the contract for m lease of
<br />pnamimom that indemnifies any person or
<br />organization for damage by fire to premises
<br />while rented to you or temporarily occupied by
<br />you with permission of the owner is not an
<br />"insured contract":
<br />b. Asidetrack agreement
<br />c. Any easement cmlicense i
<br />connection with construction or demolition
<br />operations omorwithin 5Ufeet oforailroad;
<br />d. An obligation, an required by ordinmnoe, to
<br />indemnify mmunicipality, except in connection
<br />with work for a municipality;
<br />a. Anelevator maintenance agreement
<br />f. That pad of any other contract oragreement
<br />pertaining to your business (including on
<br />indemnification of a municipality in connection
<br />with work performed for municipality) under
<br />which you assume the tort liability of another
<br />party to pay for "bodily imjor/' or "property
<br />damage" to aMhird person nrorganization. Tort
<br />liability means oliability that would beimposed
<br />by law in the absence of any contract or
<br />agreement,
<br />Paragraph f. does not include that part of any
<br />contract oragreement:
<br />(1) That indemnifieaarailroad for "bodily inju0y
<br />or "property dumeQe�' arising out of
<br />construction or demolition operations, within
<br />50 feet of any railroad property and
<br />affecting any railroad bridge or trestle,
<br />tracks, road -beds, tunnel, underpass or
<br />(2) That indemnifies enarchitect, engineer
<br />surveyor for injury mrdamage arising out of
<br />(a) Pmapahng, appnovimg, or failing to
<br />prepare or eppnove, maps, shop
<br />dnmwinQe, mpinions, reports, surveys,
<br />field orders, change orders or drawings
<br />and specifications; or
<br />(b) Giving directions or instructiona, or
<br />failing to give them, if that is the primary
<br />cause ofthe injury ordamage; or
<br />(3) Under which the insured, if an architect,
<br />engineer or surveyor, assumes liability for
<br />an injury or damage arising out of the
<br />inuured's rendering or failure to vender
<br />professional services,including those listed
<br />in (2) above and supervisory, inspeotion,
<br />architectural mrengineering activities.

<br />types of land vehicles, including any attached
<br />machinery orequipment:
<br />a. BuNdozers, farm machinery, forklifts and other
<br />vehicles designed for use principally off public
<br />roads-,
<br />b. Vehicles maintained for use solely on or next to
<br />premises you own orrent;
<br />c. Vehicles that travel onoraMertreads;
<br />d. Vehin|es, whether self-propelled or not,
<br />maintained primarily to provide mobility to
<br />permanently mounted-,
<br />(1) Power cranes, shovels, |oadere, diggers or
<br />drills; or
<br />(2) Road construction orresurfacing equipment
<br />such aagraders, scrapers orrollers;
<br />e. Vehicles not described in Paragraph b , c.
<br />or d. above that are not self-propelled and are
<br />maintained primarily to provide mobility to
<br />permanently attached equipment of the
<br />following types:
<br />(1) Air compressors, pumps and genenatora,
<br />including spraying,welding, bui|d�mg
<br />cleaning, geophysical exploration, lighting
<br />and well servicing, equipment, or
<br />(2) Cherry pickers and similar devices used to
<br />t Vehicles not described in Paragraph a., b

<br />other than the transportation of persons or
