MKM 7000 Console Alias Manager <br />(GAM) <br />3,2,4 Create Subscriber Unit ID <br />to Subscriber Unit Alias <br />Mapping <br />1. DESCRIPTION <br />This test will demonstrate the capability to create <br />a Subscriber Unit (SU) alias for an SU ID via <br />MKM 7000 GUI and have it show up on MCC <br />7100/7500 Console automatically. <br />The test will work on either a trunked or <br />conventional system. For this test, we'll assume <br />this will be done on a trunked system. <br />This test will also demonstrate the capability to <br />monitor connection status between MKM 7000 <br />and MCC 7100/7500 Console. <br />SETUP <br />RADI0-1 - TALKGROUP 1 <br />CONSOLE- 1- TALKGROUP1 <br />A standalone (not cohab) MKM 7000 server is <br />connected and communicating normally with an <br />MCC 71 00/7500 Console. <br />Console user is configured to use local alias <br />service. <br />VERSION #1.020 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />MCC1500 p25 Dispatch Migration and Subscribers <br />2. TEST <br />Step 1. The console user logs into CONSOLE -1 <br />and verifies that the synchronization <br />status with Localized Aliasing is OK, as <br />indicated by a green check mark on the <br />"status screen ". <br />Step 2, The Local Alias Admin logs into the <br />MKM 7000 GUI, verify under Connected <br />Consoles tab that CONSCLE -1 is <br />connected to the MKM7000. <br />Step 3. Create a new SU ID that matches <br />RAD O-1, <br />Step 4. Create a new SU Alias for the SU ID <br />(new mapping between SU ID and SU <br />Alias) <br />Step 5.
