DESCRIPTION <br />The Talkgroup Call is the primary level of <br />organization for communications on a trunked <br />radio system. Dispatchers with Talkgroup Call <br />capability will be able to communicate with other <br />members of the same talkgroup. This provides the <br />effect of an assigned channel down to the <br />talkgroup level.
