• Provide obstruction -free area for the cable nm between the demarcation point and the <br />communications equipment. <br />• Resolve any environmental issues including, but not limited to, asbestos, structural integrity <br />(rooftop, water tank, tower, etc.) of the site, and any other building risks. (Resolve environmental <br />or hazardous material issues). <br />• Arrange for space on the tower for installation of new antennas at the proposed heights. <br />• Perform structural analysis of existing tower and rooftops as required to confirm that the structure <br />is capable of supporting proposed and future antenna loads. <br />• Supply all permits as contractually required. <br />• Supply interior building cable trays, raceways, conduits, and wire supports, <br />• Supply engineering and drafting as required for modifications to existing building drawings for <br />site construction. <br />• Pay for usage costs of power and generator fueling, both during the construction and installation <br />effort, and on an ongoing basis. <br />• Con7plete all customer deliverables in accordance within the approved proj ect schedule. <br />Completion Criteria. <br />• All sites are ready for equipment installations in compliance with Motorola's R56 standards. <br />4.9.1 Install Fixed Network Equipment <br />Motorola Responsibilities: <br />• Motorola will be responsible for the installation of all fixed equipment contained in the <br />equipment list and outlined in the System Description based upon the agreed to floor plans, at the <br />sites where the physical facility improvement is complete and the site is ready for installation. All <br />equipment will be properly secured to the floor and installed in a neat and professional manner, <br />employing a standard of workmanship consistent with its own R -56 installation standards and in <br />compliance with applicable National Electrical Code (NEC), ETA, Federal Aviation <br />Administration (FAA), and FCC standards and regulations. <br />• For installation of the fixed equipment at the various sites, Motorola will furnish all cables for <br />power, audio, control, and radio transmission to connect the Motorola supplied equipment to the <br />power panels or receptacles and the audio /coritrol fine connection point. <br />• During field installation of the equipment, any required changes to the installation will be noted <br />and assembled with the final `as- built' documentation of the system. <br />• Will not provide storage location for the Motorola - provided equipment. <br />• Receive and inventory all equipment. <br />• Bond the supplied equipment to the site ground system in accordance with Motorola's R56 <br />standards. <br />• Will provide demarcation points to the following network connections: <br />It Interfaces <br />Existing Audio Logger <br />• Will provide Auxiliary Inputs and Outputs. <br />• Will remove existing Motorola console equipment. <br />• Will dispose of existing console equipment as part of the trade in. <br />City of Santa Ana <br />MCC7500 P25 Dispatch Migration and subscribers <br />Molorals Solutions Confldenlial Restricted <br />02 April 2015 <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject <br />to the restrictions on the cover page. <br />Statement of Work 4 -9 <br />
