CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT <br />Project No, 14 -6801: McFadden Avenue from Newhope Street to Harbor Boulevard <br />Project No. 14.6804: Civic Center Drive from Main to Spurgeon Street <br />Project Nn, 14 -6811: Memory Lane from Main Street to North City Limit <br />This CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT is made and entered into this 16 day of dune 2015, by and <br />between the CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, hereinafter <br />referred to as "CIT r "' and Eagle Engineering & Development, Inc., hereinafter referred to as <br />"CONTItACTOW', <br />WITNSSSET'H, <br />The CITY and the CONTRACTOR, for the consideration hereinafter named, mutually agree as <br />follows: <br />1. CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all the work and furnish all the materials at its own cost <br />and expense necessary to construct and complete in a good and workmanlike spanner and to <br />the satisfaction of the CITY, the following projects, herein after referred to as the <br />"PROJECT": <br />• Project No. 14 -6801: McFadden Avenue from Newhope Street to Harbor Boulevard <br />• Project No. 1.4 -6804: Civic Center Drive from Main to Spurgeon Street <br />• Project No. 14 -6811: Momory Lane from Main Street to North City Limit <br />All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the City's <br />Public Works Agency. <br />2. The complete Construction Contract consists of the "Contract Documents," as defined by the <br />Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and which include the following: <br />• ...
