Activate Reserve State, local, Tribal, and territorial law enforcementpersonnel. OPSG funding shall not be used to supplant inherent routine patrols and law enforcement operations or activities not directly related to providing enhanced coordination between local and Federal law enforcement agencies. Finally, construction and/or renovation costs are prohibited under OPSG. Unallowable Costs (SHSP and UAST) Per FEMA policy, the purchase of weapons and weapons accessories is not allowed with IISGP funds. Per the Anti- Deficiency Act, federal government personnel, or representatives thereof, are prohibited from participation in projects awarded to sub grantees. This includes the solicitation, selection and monitoring of sub grantees.
