He is responsible for internal <br />operations, management of our fleet including maintenance and repairs, <br />as well as overseeing facilities, supplies and purchasing. Prior to his <br />years as Vice President of Operations for Golden Coast Environmental <br />Services, a computer oriented urban forestry consulting firm in Irvine, CA. With an extensive background in <br />information systems management, he oversees the computer operations of WCA. He has over 3D years <br />experience in the arboriculture field. He is responsible for estimating, <br />scheduling, contract administration, personnel and daily operation. He is <br />responsible for field operations, customers service, and management of crews throughout Orange County. Prior to that, he <br />had eight years experience in the tree care industry. After working as a <br />Foreman for eight years, Mr. Trotter was promoted to Field Operations Manager in March of 1990. As Field <br />Operations Manager, he supervises all of the field operations as well as oversees our safety, training, nursery and <br />wood recycling facility. He has been an industry leader in many key projects including United Voices for Healthier <br />Communities Great Clean Air Planting Project, Toolkit for Developing Urban Forest Management Plans and the <br />Western Chapter ISA's annual "Workday" fundraiser. <br />25B -168 <br />
