The undersigned —, is the Owner of the Incluslonary <br />Unit located at Santa Ana, California. On <br />20_, Owner provided City with written notice of its intent to sell the Inclusionary <br />Unit. Owner has failed to identify an Eligible Purchaser in accordance with <br />Article 3 — Section I of the Inclusionary Housing Covenants Declaration, and the <br />City has failed to exercise the City's Purchase Option pursuant to Article 3 — <br />Section 11. Accordingly, Owner hereby notices the City of its intent to make an <br />Extraordinary Sale of the Incluslonary Unit in accordance with Article 3 — Section <br />III of the Inclusionary Housing Covenants Declaration. <br />Attached herewith is the estimate of the Fair Market Value for the I nclusionary <br />Unit as defined in the Incluslonary Housing Covenants Declaration.
