The Senior Lender and the City shall execute and deliver escrow <br />instructions and such other documents as may be reasonably necessary <br />or appropriate In connection with such escrow and to implement the Intent <br />hereof. <br />lll-G, The escrow holder shall be instructed to close the escrow within two (2) <br />business days after receipt of all such items and upon such close of <br />escrow to issue to the City a CLTA Form No. 104,11 endorsement to the <br />title policy, showing the City as Senior Lender's assignee with respect to <br />the Senior Lender Deed of Trust. <br />111-H.
