JMG SECURITY SYSTEMS, INC. <br />Attachment A <br />Central Station Information (PAGE 2) <br />The following shall be made a part of and attached to the Commercial Security/Fire Alarm System Agreement <br />dated July 15, 2015 between JMG Security Systems, Inc., a California Corporation (hereinafter "JMG") <br />and City of Santa Ana (hereinafter "Client') at the following location: <br />20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />2. STANDARD DISPATCHING PROCEDURES: <br />A). BURGLAR ALARM: <br />(a) Attempt to verify at premise phone <br />(b) Dispatch agency if unable to verify false <br />(c) Contact listed responsible parties. <br />Note: Client acknowledges that many cities require enhanced verification of alarms prior to dispatching. This may require that two <br />numbers either a second premise or the first RP be attempted before the police agency is dispatched or additional verification <br />requirements. Client acknowledges that an Alarm Permit maybe required prior to installation. <br />B). RESIDENTIAL FIRE ALARM: <br />(a) Attempt to verify at premise phone or RP Cell/Secondary numbers before dispatch, <br />(b) Dispatch agency if unable to verify false <br />(c) Contact listed responsible parties. <br />C). COMMERCIAL FIRE ALARM: <br />(a) Dispatch agency <br />(b) Attempt to notify premise <br />(c) Contact listed responsible parties. <br />D). HOLD-UP, PANIC, DURESS ALARMS: Always dispatch police first— no premise or responsible parties are called <br />E). DISPATCHING EXCEPTIONS: <br />0 Attempt responsible parties before dispatch on burglary alarms (except hold-up, duress & panic) <br />❑ Alarm Response follow dispatch guidelines as agreed on alarm response addendum attached <br />❑ Other: All non standard exceptions must be submitted in writing and are subject to the Central Station Approval. <br />Please attach proposed instructions. <br />BY SIGNING BELOW YOU ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING REVIEWED THE INFORMATION AND DISPATCH PROCEDURES <br />CONTAINED WITHIN THIS FORM AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
