ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2015 -02 <br />(Applicant: City of Santa Ana) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Register on May 14, 2015. <br />Vince Fregoso, Interim Executive Director, explained that the proposal to amend the <br />Adaptive Reuse Ordinance was intended to allow additional time to review both the <br />Adaptive Reuse Ordinance and the Housing Opportunity Ordinance. However, <br />continued review of the subject matter after it was publicly noticed caused the <br />proposal's action to be continued indefinitely. Chairman Gartner opened the public <br />hearing.
