REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: <br />r -r <br />Receive and file. <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY- <br />As Recommended <br />❑ As Amended <br />❑ Ordinance on 15� Reading <br />❑ Ordinance on 2"tl Reading <br />❑ Implementing Resolution <br />❑ Set Public Hearing For <br />CONTINUER TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />This action Informs the City Council of the Imminent approval of the subdivision based upon the <br />Subdivision Map Act and meeting all of the conditions of approval set by the City. The City Engineer has <br />received Final Parcel Map No. 2014 -179 (City Parcel Map No. 2015 -01), for 1540 East Warner Avenue <br />(Exhibit 1), from the current owner, MCA Brookhollow, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, and is <br />in the process of reviewing the map for final approval, <br />The subdivision is zoned Specific Development District Number 8 (Brookhollow Office Park), The <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2014 -179 was approved by the City Council on August 4, 2015.
