Tho first owners were David and Ruth J®bls, Mr. Jails was an
electrician for Southern California Electric which later became Southern California Edison. They were both born in South Dakota,
and came to Calfiornia after marrying. While they waitied for this home to be finished, they resided at 1209 West Highland. By
1954, David had become foreman and was making $2,400 a year.
