Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached Mills Act agreement with the Judi Bailey, as executor of the Judi Bailey Trust, subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. Request of Applicant Judi Bailey is requesting approval to designate an existing residence located at 2126 North Heliotrope Drive to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties as well as approval to execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa Ana.
