AGMT NO. 2015-201 - CENTRAL SANTA ANA COMPLETE STREETS <br />PLAN {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 6B} — Public Works Agency <br />MOTTON: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with KTU+A, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, for a two- <br />year period expiring August 31, 2017, with provision for a one-year <br />extension exercisable by the City Manager, in a total amount not to <br />exceed $297,000 for the entire agreement term. <br />25J.
