Commissioners Bauer and Bacerra expressed they did not believe <br />there was a need to continue the item. Commissioner Mill discussed the possibility <br />of taking the original motion, but to separate the adaptive reuse clause from Section <br />III into a secondary vote. Commissioner Nalle restated his original motion with the <br />exception of recommending Section III. Commissioner Mill seconded that motion. <br />Further discussion ensued and Commissioner Nalle withdrew his motion.
