Failure to give notice In accordance with the terms <br />of this endorsement does not: <br />a. Alter the effective date of policy cancellation, <br />nonrenewal or expiration; <br />b. Render such cancellation or nonrenewal <br />ineffective; <br />c. Grant, eller, or extend any rights or <br />obligations under this policy; or <br />d.
