Section 3: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Ordinance No. NS -2878 setting forth the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2015 -2016, as <br />amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon Its adoption by <br />the City Council and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 20" day of October, 2015. <br />Miguel A.
