VA will serve as the <br />primary consultant and will provide overall project management, surveying, utilities coordination, <br />civil engineering, traffic engineering, quality control, and construction support activities for the <br />project. To support VA, we have teamed with four (4) specialized sub - consultants who will provide <br />focused technical assistance. Our integrated team structure will provide effective direction, hands - <br />on control, and comprehensive coordination. Staff and team members were chosen based on their <br />excellence in implementing street and intersection improvement projects, their familiarity and <br />experience working with the City and involved agencies, and their ability to commit to this contract. <br />Efficient coordination within our proposed team is facilitated by long- standing relationships <br />between the team members as they have worked together on a number of local projects in a <br />similar capacity. <br />The Team Organization Chart is provided on Page 6. <br />SUB - CONSULTANTS <br />To support VA, we have teamed with specialized sub - consultants who will provide focused <br />technical assistance. No California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document prepared by Chambers Group <br />has ever been successfully challenged —a direct result of our proven expertise <br />in interpreting environmental legislation and regulations and preparing <br />successful documents. Chambers Group is a one -stop source for a full <br />complement of in -house planning and natural science technical environmental <br />staff.
