3. GENERAL PLAN UPDATE <br />4. <br />5. <br />R1 <br />Hassan Haghani provided a PowerPoint presentation on the General Plan Update <br />and Zoning Code Update programs. The presentation described what composes the <br />General Plan and its minimum required elements. Mr. Haghani explained the need <br />to update the code and streamline processes.
