Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. 2015 -15 and <br />Historic Register Categorization No. 2015 -15. <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute the attached Mills Act agreement with the McNamara Family Trust, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />., <br />The McNamara Family Trust is requesting approval to designate an existing residence located at <br />1816 North Ross Street to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties, as well as approval to <br />execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Project Location and Site Description <br />The subject property consists of a 1,697 square foot, single -story Craftsman Bungalow style residence <br />and detached garage on a 6,969 square foot residential lot located on Ross Street between <br />Seventeenth and Nineteenth Streets (Exhibit 1). <br />Analysis of the Issues <br />Historical Listing <br />In March 1999, the City Council approved <br />Resources Commission and the Santa Ana <br />Resources Commission may, by resolution and <br />Ordinance No. NS -2363 establishing the Historic <br />Register of Historical Properties.
