The Customer and the Bank agree to comply with and be bound by the Rules as in effect from time to fund, inctuding <br />without limitation, the provision making payment of a Credit Entry by an RDF1 to the Receiver provisional until receipt by the RDIFI of final <br />settlement for such Credit Entry and the Customer acknowledges that it has received notice of such rule and of the fact that if such senjement <br />is not received, the RDFI will be enflided to a refund from the Recewer of the amount credited and the Customer will not be deemed to have <br />paid the Receiver the amount of such Credit Entry <br />Service.
