e) Review and approve the appropriate TCRs. <br />Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when, (i) the Inform RMS Preliminary Functional Acceptance Test is <br />complete; (ii) Any test failures have been documented; (iii) TriTech has corrected test failures, or TriTech <br />and the Client have reached a mutually -agreeable approach to resolving and correcting each failure. <br />7.7.6 Inform FBR Training <br />Note: Training classes are conducted based on the quantities that are specified in the Purchase <br />Agreement. The appearance of a course description in this Statement of Work does not mean a <br />course will be conducted it must be listed in the Purchase Agreement. <br />Inform FBR Training classes are conducted on consecutive days and weekdays (Tuesday -Friday) during <br />business hours. TriTech and the Client will work together to accommodate occasional Monday classes <br />Training classes will only be delivered after the FAT has been completed and the results are documented. <br />A detailed description of these classes is provided below: <br />7.7.6.1 TriTech Responsibilities (for all Inform FBR Classes) <br />a) Conduct a training orientation via conference call between the assigned TriTech Training personnel and <br />the designated Client representative. The objective of this session is to define the Training Schedule, <br />based on the configurations of the Subsystem. <br />b) Schedule the Inform FBR Training class(es) in accordance with the Client's availability and. the Project <br />Schedule. <br />c) ,Prepare and distribute the meeting agendas and documents for Client review or completion to all <br />required attendees two weeks prior to each meeting. <br />d) Develop and provide the Inform FBR Training Plan for all licensed product options to the Client. <br />e) Conduct the training session(s) for the licensed product options on a mutually agreed to schedule. <br />f) Prepare and submit a TCR upon completion of each class, or a group of consecutive classes. <br />7.7.6.2 Client Responsibilities (for all Inform FBR Classes) <br />a) Participate with the training orientation by providing a decision maker that can articulate the specific <br />business practices that have been used in guiding the build of the Client's System. <br />b) Provide facilities for the execution of the training to include adequate seating for each workstation and <br />an overhead projector. <br />c) Provide an Inform FBR Administrator for each class that can answer agency specific questions as related <br />to the build of the Client's system. <br />d) Review and approve the applicable TCRs. <br />7.7.6.3 Inform FBR Core End Userrrrain-The-Trainer Training <br />The Inform FBR Core End User and Train -The -Trainer Training is a hands-on course provided by TriTech's <br />training specialists. This class will prepare the students to utilize Inform FBR in order to enter their standard <br />reports such as State Reportable Incidents, Arrests, Citations, Accident Reports, and Field Interviews. <br />Supervisors will reviewed and approve or reject the reports. Once reports are approved, they will transfer <br />into the Inform RMS application. <br />54 <br />
