is recommended that the Client utilizes sample calls from their legacy System. These scenarios must be <br />signed off prior to commencement of the integration testing. <br />7.8.1 TriTech Responsibilities <br />a) Schedule an Integration Testing with the Client. <br />b) Assist the Client in preparing test scenarios that can be used during this test and closely simulates the <br />normal Client's call flow. <br />e) Prepare and submit a TCR to the Client documenting the tests that will be used for Integration Testing. <br />d) Participate in the Integration Testing with the Client. <br />e) Prepare and submit TCRs upon successful completion of the Integration Testing. <br />7.8.2 Client Responsibilities <br />a) Provide test scenarios that closely simulate the Client's normal call flow. <br />b) Participate in conducting the Integration Testing. <br />e) Review and approve the applicable TCRs. <br />7.9 Implementation of TriTech.com IQ and Analytics <br />TriTech.com IQ and Analytics are implemented through a series of standard steps and process gates. These <br />steps are designed to ensure that the operational needs of the Client are identified, the configurations are <br />verified, and the system is tested to validate the proper functionality of the system prior to deployment. The <br />following sections describe the implementation process for TriTech.com IQ and Analytics. <br />7.9.1 Historical Data Import and Synchronization <br />The historical data import is a process by which TriTech extracts applicable data from TriTech applications <br />and imports that data into TriTech.com IQ. The data is then available for search, reporting, analytics and <br />dashboard design functionality subject to subscriptions purchased. <br />The Historical data import includes up to five (5) years of data from each of the following TriTech source <br />applications. Note: Each application must be on release versions designated as TriTech.com IQ compatible. <br />• TriTecb's Inform CAD <br />TriTech's Inform RMS <br />Note: Data import from any other sources, or greater than 5 years is subject to additional services and will <br />be priced separately. <br />The data available in IQ from Inform CAD and Inform RMS is listed in each applications' IQ Field Mapping <br />Guide. <br />7.9.1.1 TriTech Responsibilities <br />a) Deliver the TriTech.com Client Readiness Checklist to Client and review with Client once completed <br />and returned. <br />b) Install and Configure Synchronization. <br />c) Perform historical Bulk Import. <br />d) Configure TriTech.com IQ: <br />Of <br />
