4.0 Fee Structure <br />Based on the initial review and scope of requirements, we anticipate the engagement of a Project <br />Manager over the period of 1 to 3 months to consume approximately 140 hours. For this project, our <br />contract price shall not exceed $25,000 in billable hours to be invoiced on a monthly basis commencing <br />January 2016 through: March 2016. Our resource will be available to conduct on-site project status <br />meetings on a bi-weekly basis in addition to providing weekly discovery and planning meetings as <br />necessary to complete the initial phase of the project. <br />The rate utilized for our consulting fee for project management services for this engagement is $175 <br />per hour for the Engagement Executive and $160.00 per hour for the Project Manager and subject <br />Matter Experts to be engaged. Due to the proximity of our on-site consultant, travel expense <br />reimbursement shall not be required unless additional resources from Wihbourne Consulting are <br />required, Any additional resources or subject matter experts shall be provided at rate of $135.00 to <br />$160.00 plus travel expense reimbursement. <br />
