The final map must be approved and recorded prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br />8. Development within the area of the map, including the single - family <br />residence(s), is subject to development and permit fees in effect at the time <br />of permit issuance. <br />9. The proposed single - family residence(s) shall be reviewed and <br />subject to the architectural design, landscape, and development standards <br />in place at time of Building plan check. <br />10.
