If, after evaluation by Hadronex, the component failure is not due to a material defect <br />in material or workmanship, the Customer will be invoiced for the component and <br />related freight charges. Determination of warranty coverage shall be at the sole <br />discretion of Hadronex. <br />Extended Warranty Services Including Labor <br />Hadronex will provide field service to perform Extended Warranty work <br />Labor required performing work outside of Standard Extended Warranty support <br />is not covered by this Warranty. <br />THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY <br />COVERING THE PRODUCTS NOTED ABOVE, HADRONEX DISCLAIMS ANY <br />AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. <br />THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE OR REPAIRS <br />OR REPLACEMENTS BY ANY CAUSE BEYOND THE CONTROL OF <br />HADRONEX, INCLUDING ACTS OF NATURE, IMPROPER USE, LACK OF <br />PRIOR MAINTENANCE OR UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR. <br />REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY IS <br />THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF CUSTOMER.
