Siemens to provide all equipment and services to the City of Santa Ana (CoSA), per this scope of <br />work document. It is the intent of this proposal to provide a turnkey installation solution for <br />the described systems. Installation shall include City of Santa Ana traffic assets, parking <br />garages, public buildings and sidewalks, as well as specifically identified privately owned assets <br />and the use of federal building rooftop locations. <br />2. Siemens has utilized quantities and counts per drawings and specifications developed in <br />conjunction with the Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD). The BASE SYSTEM can be <br />summarized as follows: <br />a. Seven (7) Courtesy Communication Monuments (Towers) located throughout the Santa <br />Ana Downtown District. Monuments will include <br />I. Custom paint and graphic scheme <br />1. "Courtesy" <br />H. Two Button operation <br />1. Emergency 911 <br />2. Information <br />iii. Cellular Communication with SAPD Dispatch (E911) <br />iv. Information connection to SAPD internal extension (non E911) <br />v. Fixed Cameras (7) for viewing caller <br />vi. PTZ cameras (7) mounted above tower <br />vii. 360 camera appliance (7) mounted above tower <br />viii. Speaker Array (7) for mass notification <br />b. Eighteen (18) PTZ cameras to be mounted on City assets <br />I. Parking Garages <br />ii. Traffic Poles <br />c. Radio Communications to provide Wifi communication of video to SAPD video <br />management systems (existing). Radios shall be mounted on City provided assets: <br />1. Parking Garages <br />it.
