Siemens <br />assumes 110v power shall be accessed at parking garages, traffic control boxes and on Federal <br />Building rooftop. <br />• Siemens assumes all existing conduits from traffic boxes to poles and across intersections are <br />in good working order and shall be designated for use by Siemens. No additional conduits are <br />included in Scope of Work within intersections. <br />• Siemens assumes use of mounting assets, as described herein and as directed by SAPD during <br />project site walks, are to be freely accessible. Sites include all City parking garages (and <br />electrical rooms), traffic control enclosures, traffic poles, Federal Building, Chase Properties <br />(Yost Theatre) and SAPD Building. <br />• All GSM cellular contracts are the responsibility of the client and excluded from Siemens <br />pricing. Siemens shall provide radios for integration with Code Blue. <br />• Siemens has provided no exposed contingency for unforeseen scope changes and obstructions <br />that may appear in the field. <br />• All equipment not itemized on detailed bill of materials will be at additional cost. Siemens has <br />provided equipment based on submittals and drawings. Locations or devices not indicated on <br />drawings will be at additional cost. <br />• Siemens Industry, Inc.
