The system will based on the existing Milestone XProtect Corporate platform. <br />0 160 Single Channel Licenses are included in scope. <br />• 111 replacements <br />• 22 analog to remain <br />• 27 new HD cameras <br />o One year Software Upgrade Plan provided. <br />o HP Storage system shall provide 30 days of high resolution, high frame rate <br />video. <br />o Archive video shall be provided within a separate and parallel stream for 365 <br />days at significantly reduced resolution and frame rate (but consistent with <br />current recording capabilities). <br />• Siemens to provide switches and mount for expansion to existing Santa Ana network. <br />All Siemens provided Cisco equipment shall be designed and specified in accordance <br />with City standards. The City of Santa Ana will provide configuration, integration into <br />existing network and will coordinate the configuration with Siemens, for the purpose of <br />this system. <br />• Siemens to provide minimal amounts of conduit, as required. Conduit is limited to <br />outdoor areas (rear yard, inmate exercise yards). All other conduits are existing and to <br />be utilized by Siemens for this project. <br />• Siemens to utilize existing Fiber [Network. Testing of fiber will be required and provided <br />by Siemens to ensure integrity, All additional fiber will need to be identified and <br />proposed separately. <br />• Siemens to provide necessary UPS backups for supplied equipment and systems. <br />Siemens will assume all emergency power shall be provided by client, as appropriate <br />and required. <br />• Siemens to install cameras throughout the facility and install connectivity, network, <br />storage and servers in designated IDP's and Server Room at the Santa Ana Police <br />Headquarters Building, <br />3. Siemens shall provide a qualified project manager for coordination of all installation <br />activities. The Siemens PM shall conduct weekly status updates with the client for <br />coordination of all installation efforts. <br />4. All equipment for installation is provided in detailed bill of materials. Equipment not <br />specified in this proposal or outside of described quote shall be provided at additional <br />charge, including storage and licenses. <br />SOW Page 12 <br />
