Public Contract Code Section 101652 Questionnaire <br />The Proposal may be considered non - responsive if any of these documents or forms is not <br />.................... <br />included. The bid package shall be submitted as instructed in the Notice Inviting Bids, It is the <br />BIDDER'S responsibility to ensure delivery of the Proposal to the location and prior to the bid <br />opening hour stipulated in the Notice inviting Bids, Late Proposals will not be considered, <br />CALIFORNIA STATE LABOR CODE <br />As outlined In the Notice Inviting Bids, this project is subject to compliance monitoring and <br />enforcement by the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, per Section <br />1771.4.a.1. BIDDERS are required to Inform themselves fully of the conditions relating to <br />construction and labor under which the work will be performed.
