EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION <br />Fee Proposal including hourly rates <br />(from Consultant Proposal) <br />The rates and unit costs shown on ATTACHMENT 4, FEE PROPOSAL will be used to establish cost <br />for any Task -Orders. <br />The City does not guarantee the quantity of the work to be performed by the Consultant.
