Huizar <br />Pursuant to Section 3 of Agreement No. A-2011-249, entered into by Service Fust Contractors <br />Network and the City of Santa Ana, dated November 7, 2011, and as previously amended and extended, <br />the term of the Agreement is hereby extended for one final two (2) year period, from January 1, 2016 <br />through December 31, 2017, by mutual consent of the parties, The insurance certificates are required to <br />be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
